As I receive updates from the Developer I will keep you and your neighbors informed. The Developer does not anticipate any additional lights on the boulevard until future development. Lights will be installed in the center median when there are 4 lanes (divided such as in the front of the development). They do not anticipate installing lights anytime in the next five years.
