Hello Cane Bay Owners,
I understand that you and many of your neighbors are concerned with the landscape and entrance monument to Cane Bay. Please understand that these concerns are being addressed and have been under discussion over the past several weeks. One of the major issues with the entrance sign is that algae is being pulled from the adjacent pond. Community Management Group is contact with the Developer to resolve these issues. We have obtained proposals and they have been submitted to your Board of Directors. I have a meeting scheduled this week to meet with the landscape owner and supervisor. I am pleased to inform you that the sign is scheduled to be cleaned this week.
