I would like to thank all owners that have paid their assessments on time. For those of you that have not paid, please understand it is imperative that all delinquent assessments be paid immediately. If you have not paid your assessment, a lien has been filed on your property. Keep in mind any legal fees incurred will be charged to your account. Please be advised the HOA will be pursuing foreclosures on delinquent accounts. It is not beneficial to you or your association to withhold assessments. A deficiency in collected assessments will result in a large bad debt for 2010, which in turn will effect 2011 assessments.
