I would like to thank all of you owners who have paid your assessments. It is greatly appreciated. I would also like to inform all owners that have not paid their assessments that the HOA will be forced to place a lien on any property with unpaid assessments this month. It is imperative that all owners pay their portion of the community expenses. Everyone wants to live in this beautiful community and they should pay their contribution. Please keep in mind late fees and legal fees can get quite expensive.
