Many owners have requested an update in regards to the traffic light at Cane Bay Boulevard and Highway 176.  Please understand that the Developers in Cane Bay Plantation are not responsible or in control of this project.  The Association has requested an update from the SCDOT.  The Association was informed that the project is out for bid, but has not yet been awarded.  It is the SCDOT hopes to have this complete before the beginning of the school year.  The Project Manager is Allen Montienzo 803-737-1364.

Cane Bay Plantation Master Entrance Monument

I would like to inform you that the fountain pools at the entrance have been treated for underwater vegetation.  This process does cause algae to surface and it will appear to be worse before it clears up.  This can take some time before clearing up.  We did not want Members to be alarmed in the process.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you,

The Market at Cane Bay

I am pleased to announce that we were informed that two new leases have just been finalized at the Market at Cane Bay.  The new leases will be Famous Hair and Tokyo Express, which is an Asian fusion restaurant.

Agents are in negotiations with several other prospects, so we are hoping for even more leases in the near future.

I am sure many of you have noticed the tire ruts on the boulevards turf.  These areas are attended to after each incident occurs.  It would be helpful if anyone witnesses any type of mischievous behavior to our office, so that we can hold the offender accountable.  Thank you for your continued interest in Cane Bay Plantation.
